Giuseppe Dosi is an italian latin- jazz singer-songwriter, guitarist and composer who was born in Lodi. He studied four years with maestro Enzo Rocco, a renowned jazz gutarist.
Ha has worked both with italian and foregin musicians (Francesco Chebat, Enzo Rocco, Gianni Satta, Marco Detto, Jimy Castro, bmshua Edelman, Lucho Aguilar, Curro Noriega and others), and has performed in many clubs in Italy and Spain.
In 2008, he recorded his first CD, “Cantacuentos” with Francesco Chebat: keyboard, Gianni Satta: trumpet, Fabio Crespiatico: bass, Cesare Bernasconi: drums and Walter Pandini: clarinet.
All songs on the CD are composed by Giuseppe Dosi, except the lyrics of two songs extracted from two novels: “Novecento” by A. Baricco and “Three Horses” by E. de Luca.
Dosi has done numerous radio interviews, including Radio Vallekas (Madrid) and Son Pacifica (Texas U.S.A).
